Based in the UK, I’ve been playing video games for the majority of my life.

From vague MS-Dos memories to playing Cool Spot on the Sega Mega Drive, falling in love with Crash Bandicoot on the PlayStation 1 and then attending LAN parties pre-teenage years to play Halo and Burnout 3, I’ve never really been without a controller.

I discovered League of Legends in 2012 and it became very clear very quickly that a) my gaming skills are a lot more suited for casual games and b) this game was going to be something I didn’t immediately uninstall.

It wasn’t until I’d experienced 7 years of staying unranked and experiencing multiple disappointing Worlds Finals that I decided to pursue Esports properly. Not just working at GAME or CeX, I applied for University and 4 years later I graduated with a 2:2 in Esports with honours in Content Management.

From that initial decision to work in Esports I’ve worked for multiple companies in that time; Excel Esports, Verdant Esports, British Esports, SK Gaming, ESL alongside smaller projects with streamers.

My most recent role has been in education, fuelled by the need to ensure the next generation are ready for the industry.

When I am not Esports’ing, I am usually managing the chaos of owning two cats, doing puzzles and attempting to get through the endless piles of books I keep buying and not finishing.
